Isabel LingSummer Analyst, New York
Isabel is a rising senior at Cornell University, where she is majoring in Urban and Regional Studies in the College of Art, Architecture and Planning, and minoring in Information Sciences. Isabel is an interdisciplinary thinker who is passionate about the built environment and the role that good spaces – including cultural spaces – play in healthy communities. She is interested in the symbiotic relationship between culture, governance and placemaking, and has experience with mapping, design thinking, project management, and data visualization.
During her tenure as Summer Analyst, Isabel is working with the AEA Consulting team on projects including developing quality standards for cultural venues and programs in Saudi Arabia; research on cultural infrastructure in China; and developing successful earned income strategies for not-for-profit cultural organizations.
