Since joining AEA in 2009, Laura has worked with consulting team members to deliver market research and analysis, survey design, implementation and analysis, and data interpretation to underpin studies for clients including British Council, UK Trade & Investment, The Cleveland Orchestra, Barangaroo Delivery Authority in Sydney, Tribeca Film Institute, ​KLCC Holdings in Kuala Lumpur, ​Lai Sun Group in Hong Kong, and many others. Laura also supports research for the Global Cultural Districts Network and oversees the data collection for the annual Cultural Infrastructure Index.

Prior to joining AEA, Laura worked in pharmaceutical purchasing and project administration. She received her M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and her B.A. (summa cum laude) in Psychology and Political Science from Kent State University.
