NSW Cultural Infrastructure Strategy Released

Infrastructure New South Wales has released the Cultural Infrastructure Strategy 2016, on which AEA was the lead advisor. The strategy provides a framework for government investment of approximately AUD$1 billion in cultural infrastructure in the State over the next 10-20 years. According to NSW Minister for the Arts, Don Harwin, major grants have already been committed to the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Modern Project, Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, Walsh Bay Arts and Cultural Precinct, and a new $100 million Regional Cultural Fund.
