Sohl Lee
Research Associate, New York
Sohl joined AEA in 2006, and has worked on strategic and facilities planning for The Frick Collection, The Rubin Museum, the National Museum Directors’ Conference in London, the Center for the Puppetry Arts in Atlanta, the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Cleveland and the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore.
Prior to joining AEA, Sohl interned at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul, l’Association des Centres Culturels de Rencontre in Paris, and Smith College Museum of Art in Northampton, MA. In the summer of 2008, she coordinated the Global Institute, an education and academic program for the 7th Gwangju Biennale, South Korea. Sohl graduated cum laude from Smith College with a B.A. in Art History and International Relations. She studied at the Sorbonne during her junior year abroad, and she is also a graduate of the Bridge Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Sohl is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in the Graduate Program in Visual and Cultural Studies at University of Rochester.
