Anna is a specialist in evidence-led strategy and policy development, planning and change in the cultural and creative industries, developed from a portfolio career combining freelance work with leadership roles in the arts and culture organisations in the UK and Australia. In her previous role as Director of Change at University of the Arts London Anna led the development of an impact evaluation framework and monitoring strategy for East Bank, the new cultural and education district in East London. She has previously assessed the impact of: various elements of the Core Leadership Programme; the National Foundation for Youth Music; and the comparative impact of various national literary engagement schemes. As Director, Strategy at Arts Council England, she led the two-year programme of research and policy development that yielded the agency's first-ever ten-year strategy, Achieving Great Art for Everyone. Anna has been involved with Skye's Atlas Arts since 2014, initially as a consultant, and since 2016 as a member of the Board of Directors.
