Lucinda Little
Senior Consultant, Business Development, LondonLucinda brings more than 15 years’ of experience working within the creative and cultural industries, spanning work in audience development, market analysis, communications, and strategic growth planning for organizations of all sizes.Lucinda most recently worked at the global advertising agency BBDO, leading business development across Europe and working with the regional agencies on their growth, partnership and pitch strategies. Alongside this, she delivered research, thought leadership and audience engagement strategies for key global accounts such as Bacardi, Meta, and Porsche. Prior to BBDO, she was at Pelham Communications, where she led the global business and brand development for the PR firm and their clients.
She has delivered concept development and a cultural framework for Desert X AlUla (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), a communications framework for Helsinki Biennial (Finland), audience development strategies for K11 Art Foundation (Hong Kong), partnership strategies for the Museum of African Contemporary Art Al Maaden (Morocco), and organizational planning for The Watermill Center (US).
Lucinda also previously held positions at Lisson Gallery, where she specialized in international project management and artist relations; and the Royal Academy of Arts, where she focused on individual and corporate fundraising, capital project planning, international expansion, and partnership development. She has an MA in Arts Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London and a BA in Art History and French from University of Bristol.
