AEA Consultlng is partnering with Andrew Taylor and the American University Arts Management Program and the William Penn Foundation to provide an extended and intensive study of three leading Philadelphia arts organizations – the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, Opera Philadelphia, and the Pennsylvania Ballet – over the next three years, monitoring their moves for a study called "Capitalizing Change in the Performing Arts." The study, which is being funded by a grant from the William Penn Foundation, will involve interviews with organizational leaders and a close review of organizational data and the program development process.
