Daniel Payne, AEA Principal, recently spoke at the International Museum Construction Congress in Berlin. The workshop "Paths to Successful Projects" covered the important steps taken during museum concept creation, architectural design, financial and business planning, staff and community roles, project management, and other crucial components before, during, and after the construction of a museum.
