The new Memphis Art Museum opens on December 6, 2026 in a state-of-the-art facility designed by Herzog & de Meuron, and with a new location and identity rooted in openness, community, and place.

AEA assisted with the development in 2020, producing a flexible financial model detailing five operating scenarios for the transition between buildings and a business plan that included key issues for the project as well as fundraising and HR needs.
